Timthumb version 2.8.3 not working #302

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just replace the new version of timthumb.php
2. After that temp folder created. The cache folder already created. Folder 
permission also changed
3. Check the url, http://www.trytemplates.com/

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Timthumb v2.8.3, php5, windows os.

Same trouble here. 

Timthumb 2.8.3 php5 LAMP Stack. Everything worked up until this update to 
2.8.3. I have all of the cache and temp folders in the root of my site where 
timthumb.php is located. Folder permissions have been changed to 777. 
Timthumb.php CHMOD is 644. The image urls have not been changed and the images 
show up when I take Timthumb out of the equation.

please try the latest version. Potentially this is fixed now (I hope :))
