Update k8s repo, gpg key url, weavenet url #57

Thanks for the contribution!

However, it looks like you hadn't tested the deployment with the new cloud init file 😅

It was missing the kubectl package; and the weave manifest that you updated doesn't work on ARM.

I fixed both items and merged your contribution.

Thank you very much, your project will help me a lot :punch: I didn't know about cloud init this way until yesterday. The most contact I had was with AWS user-data.
