Hello, Please find below the changes :

• Handle multiple interfaces with one run. The interface definition is a string composed as follows : hostifname:ip_addr/netmask@gateway:containerifname
• Create vlan automatically if it doesn't exist
• Add custom routes on container if needed
• Use getopt for variables parsing
• Change usage

Hi!

Sorry, it took me forever to check this. There are a few issues:

• it depends on tput (and possibly a few other tools) that are not always available, especially on boot2docker, coreos, VMware photon, and other lightweight systems;
• it changes a lot of things in pipework.

If there are specific features that you would need, let's consider them one by one, I'll be happy to work on them.

Of course, I totally understand that it could also be easier for you to have your own fork -- but that's totally fine, that's the whole point of pipework; being simple enough so that people can easily customize it for their needs!
