missing dev parameter to set mac address

The "dev" parameter was missing when setting the mac address.

Just tried on Ubuntu 14.04.

Maybe some other host do not require the dev parameter.

I don't know at which version the dev parameter whas required for setting the mac.

However the dev parameter works with Ubuntu 14.04

ip -V ip utility, iproute2-ss131122

and CentOS 6.4

ip -V ip utility, iproute2-ss091226
