tool ENV version updates #5

Hi! Sorry that it took me so long to look at this.

I've bumped up most versions. I've kept the old version of kubens+kubectx since the new version (rewritten in Go) is still in beta; but as soon as it's stable I'll be happy to move to it! (Unless there is a strong reason to migrate to it before?)
