HomingMissile's Engine needs some work to feel right. Suggestion: Make the Engine have high thrust (around 20 or 30), but a low thrustRate and turnRate (maybe around 2).
Proximity mine should probably have a "latent" period in which it does not explode (whose practical effect is to let you escape). After the latent period, then it gets a (sensor) physics shape that is larger than its graphical representation.
