Removed errors for GTK+ 3.20+ #43

This mostly removes deprecated CSS properties, but it also fixes a syntax error. Resolves #39.

Someone please commit this fix! This issue has been present for years now and spams my terminal with warnings.

Check if your distribution has a package for this theme. It is likely already patched, and if not, you can report it to the package maintainer.

I think Fedora (my distro) simply grabs this code, so if it's wrong, Fedora's packages are wrong. The Fedora 31 package shows: Bug URL : https://bugz.fedoraproject.org/clearlooks-phenix but this link goes nowhere... I have no idea how to report it.

The fixes are quite easy. It would be great if someone could merge in the fixes!
