Re-enable ItemCommandTrigger data #20

After sorting out the problems of upgrading to OH3, a remaining blocker was that previously existing rules triggered by ItemCommandTrigger would receive null as their args.receivedCommand, although that was working before with OH2.5 and my previously installed version of ohj.

Idk when this fell apart, buts this uncommenting seems enough to fix it. Was there a good reason for this, or just some "accident"? At least previous scripts are working now without any changes...
