This PR creates the homepage (also known Resume) for my portfolio. It contains 3 separate sections: my mission objective, technical skills, and developer experience.
-[x] Add Photo Edit: Add to header (possibly with logo)

-[x] Technical Summary: Current position, skills, projects.
-[x] Additional experiences: workshops, Hackathons, conferences, books read, etc.
Some future design consideration
Because "Experience" is such a long section, consider adding some additional design patterns (ex. alternating background colors)
Try to implement more interactive designs. (ex. transparent nav to color when moved)
