Add Navigation #7

Add routing to each link listed in the navigation menu.

[x] Install the package using Node. Choice of routing: react-router-dom
[x] Route to template pages for now.

Instructions can be found in this tutorial React-router problem with gh-pages

Alternative if react-router-dom does not work in Github Pages

[ ] ~Install react-hash-router~
