Create a projects page that displays 5-6 major projects or collections of smaller projects.

Create a section for:

[x] FCC front-end projects
[x] FCC d3 projects
[x] YelpCamp FullStack Project
[x] Mom's Wordpress site.
[x] Pomodoro Clock (Mobile Version)
[x] VTA Feedback App (Description Only)
[x] This website itself

Each section should have:

[x] a title and summary of what the application does.
[x] a detailed description about the planning, tools, and process.
[x] a link to a live demo or production of the project and/or source code. If either is not available, be sure to notify user "Available only in person"

New Feature in this Issue/Branch
