Menu-cannot hold left/right #4

holding left/right causes ortus to freeze up and go slowly on new main 
menu pushing left/right fast doesn't seem to cause this.

Agreed, Not sure why it would do this as all the animations have "Interubtable" 
set 
to true. Seems to have gotten worse with newer menu ticker. Further 
investigation 
required.

Perhaps its due to the way I'm measuring the menu items.
