(RPG) When building nst-doc, we see a flood of warnings from the quickref build.

(JM) Would probably go away if ripping out DefDoc.

Trivially fixed: DefDoc is gone, and the quickref is committed, not built.

But not really fixed since now quickref must be manually maintained.
