Validate BOF grade against BOF link? #5

One mistake I catch myself making is forgetting either the BOF id or to check an event category check boxes. If it's easy, could you please validate that if BOF id is supplied then one of the event category check boxes must be ticked, and that if one if the boxes is checked then BOF id must be supplied? If it's not easy, don't bother.
