Enable key automation #499

We need a way to determine ssh key data in advance in a programmatic way for supplying on peer endpoints.

This new flag will output ssh key data in json format and quit. Useful for automating deployments of chisel where you want mutual authentication and supply the server w/ the chiselkey and client with the fingerprint.

Is fixed via MR https://github.com/jpillora/chisel/pull/460

I'm not the chisel maintainer, so depends on what problem you're trying to solve. If it's related to this issue or the related PR then I'm all ears.
