How to add Torrent size limit? #143

Thanks for this wonderful project and I really appreciate the efforts that has already been put into.

As I have limited storage (50GB) in my virtual server, I would like to limit the size of torrent that can be added. Any help would be great.

Example: 10GB, 20GB

Currently, there is are no limits imposed though this would be a nice feature to add. I've had to restart my server a few times from it crashing due to maxing out the root partition. There is a rewrite in (slow) progress mainly to support multiple storage backends (issue #24) and I'll definitely include this.
