Expanded OS. #18

Expanded OS identification, but could do better if there is a need for it (add distro/os/platform-specific tasks, etc.) If you could clean unnecessaries, as I just made for your review and if you make extra comments, I would make it more accurate/reliable then.

Thanks this will be useful - I’m assuming the binary packages use Go (and Rust) so I’m matching their naming conventions so I won’t need all but this will still help
