README.md :: Document usage of new query parameter
handler/handler.go :: Add .AsProgram to Query struct and populate it in handler
handler/handler_test.go :: Add test for ?as=mymicro parameter
scripts/install.sh.tmpl :: Handle .AsProgram as ASPROG and add new DEST var to abstract PROG vs ASPROG

Resolves #26
