Way to create new spreadsheet #16

I'd like to create new spreadsheet with this library. but it seems not supported yet...

There was PR for this https://github.com/jpillora/node-edit-google-spreadsheet/pull/5 and I was in progress of merging/refactoring it in: https://github.com/jpillora/node-edit-google-spreadsheet/tree/new-spreadsheet-feature I just haven't found the time to complete it
