npm publish #31

Howdy: Can we publish to npm? notifyjs is already taken as package name over there (which I use too!). perhaps as jquery-notifyjs? I'd be happy to do the legwork. Thx, Chris

I would also like to get this on npm. I'm new to front-end dev but would be happy to create a PR for this .
