Detecting errors in vtkExportConfiguration #16

When is desired to save one or more configurations, and that it was given for example a bad path where given a bad name, an error is displayed. However, we don't have a description of the problem. the handler of the error doesn't provide a description of the error.

Unreproducible bug. Will be reopened if necessary.
