Not detecting Pinnacle 300i in windows 8 64 bit, not creating config #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy Dev_Bda2Driver to Altdvb/Devices
2. Run altdvb
3. Device dialog appears with no device to select.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Select at least one device.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
dev_bda2driver_v0.2.0.20.zip , Windows 8 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
The pinnacle 300i card is 
PCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7134&SUBSYS_002D11BD&REV_01

the installed driver is
Philips SAA713X, Hybrid Capture Device  v 1.403.10.804

I forgot to mention that the same hardware on Windows XP 32bit the BDA 
interface was working well.

Maybe MSVC2008 x86 redist not installed ?
