"Add Tasks" Button is shown twice but only one does work.

The "Add Tasks" button is shown twice but only one button works. Our consultants are constantly confused because pressing a button does not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension several times but both button remain. Strangely, this is not the case with every project. What can I do?

Also have the same issue, first option does not work, second one does but not on all work items. For some work items does not work at all. There are no identifiable common values/properties for the work items on which it does not work.
