?component loader doesn't work with vitest

Hey,

Thanks for the library, it allows us to style svgs using currentColor. I have an issue during testing however. I created a vue project using the getting started guide: https://vitejs.dev/guide/#scaffolding-your-first-vite-project

This configures vitest which uses the same vite.config.ts as the app during development. However during tests I get the following errors:

It seems that this svg-loader is doing something different when being run through vitest, but I don't know why.
