Remove backwards-compability from report viewer #1784

This PR removes all functionality that made it possible to still read reports generated with versions <5.1.0.

As we plan on moving to local mode only for v6.0.0, the backward compatibility functionality is no longer required (a final hosted version for previous versions will still be provided).
