Add about page #25

Fixes #12, fixes #15, and fixes #18.

I would personally consider the HTML/CSS edits a bit hacked together, but hopefully it's a good enough foundation.

I've made some changes to the page: smaller max width, less forced padding for small screens, minor text changes, more semantic HTML, removed the about link on the about page; and deployed it! :)
