During the migration of Google Code https://code.google.com/p/fritzcap to GitHub https://github.com/elpatron68/fritzcap, the documentation didn't survive.
The issues did, but aren't copied over during a fork.
For now, add some basic documentation and resurrect the documentation from Google Code (which is now partially obsolete, but interesting from a historic perspective.
