Page club: calculate the variable "undefined" (new) #24

I added a new variable in the page club This variable is in the key SPENDING_TERR_FOR_CLUB_PURCHASE

This variable should display the sum by payer of all the lines that has type=Purchase of benefits or type=Purchase of service benefits or type=Purchase of communication benefits or type=Purchase of seats Example: for "Ville de Nice" the number to display is 3.2Mio (raw number €3,157,341) That correspond to the sum of what Ville de Nice paid for purchase of seat, services or communication benefits.
