Alert when:

  1. Exceptions thrown, which should cover issues with all-time data gathering, etc.
  2. Format of real-time feed changes vs. regex expectations.
  3. Compiled all-time CSV size, format doesn't meet base expectations.
  4. Last updated field in JSON isn't within datetime boundary expectations.
  5. Format of production JSON isn't to spec.
  6. Temps are out of logical bounds.
