Expand the graph by clicking #4

Allow the addition of neighbouring nodes of a node already on the graph through an HTTP GET.

This has been implemented in Spoggy (https://github.com/scenaristeur/heroku-spoggy) ; to test , open http://spoggy.herokuapp.com/?url=http://semantic-forms.cc:9112/ldp/1507730036573-23410983362747940&sparql=http://semantic-forms.cc:9112 and click on the node "semantic_forms" .
