Miscellaneous typo fixes, clarifications and visual consistency, header links (added "auth" to disambiguate the diverse backend headers from the general ones). PostgreSQL includes note on new Mosquitto 1.5 ACL integers.

Considering whether there is some way this could be reorganized for easier navigation among the backends. Happy to adapt to any concerns.

Thanks - I was reluctant to mess with the overall order, but alphabetized the introduction while bolding the feature-complete back-ends. Lots of miscellaneous rewordings and links, that's it for now.
