add support for jsonfeed 1.1 #139

There is a new version available: JSON Feed Version 1.1 but the npm package supports 1.0

Is there any update on this? Would be great to be able to utilize extensions.

The extensions feature seems to be already supported. see https://github.com/jpmonette/feed/pull/60
