package update pin! #60

It will be great to pin the updated version of the package, in case there are new qiskit updates.

Thanks, @armanxbabakhani! Qiskit and all other package versions are pinned here. Is there a specific issue you're having during install? If so, could you share the steps to reproduce the issue?
