Stepped Tracker statuses: warning and error

Adds warning and error statuses to the <TrackerStep> component's state prop.

Full list is now:

• default
• complete
• warning
• error

(Note that "active" is not a valid status value: the active step is defined by the activeStep prop on the SteppedTracker component.)
