Add status buttons to System Status component in Figma (Salt Current and Next) #3651

When status buttons are available, add these to the component in the Salt Current and Next libraries (currently components are hidden using '.' in main libraries). Sync with dev team to do the same in code.

Frappe Goal: Released in Figma (was dependent on buttons release)

Blocked: color of buttons and backgrounds have created some design challenges, @bhoppers2008 to agree how we unblock by EOS
