Figma Salt 1 Panel - to accommodate border radius the Panel component / align padding in design and code #3748

Panel – to accommodate border radius the Panel component, needs to have an instance for each density in Light and Dark mode libraries.

Panel Figma component is different than code, Panel in code has container padding built in, which means different padding in different densities

Should this be looked at after #3626 is done? Most users using Salt 1 libraries won't need corner support.
