Map legacy color palette to Figma variables

In order to support Salt Legacy theme in the new Salt Next component and pattern library we need to map the legacy color palette to Figma variables.

• [x] Create a Figma file called UNSTABLE Salt (legacy) color library
• [ ] Map all legacy color tokens to variables, matching the structure in Salt (next) color library (1)
• [ ] Publish the color variables to Salt Design System only
• [ ] Once published remove the prefix UNSTABLE

1) Should the color values be prefixed to remove confusion when referencing them?

UNSTABLE Salt (legacy) color library created in Figma.

An initial version has been published to Salt Design System only in order to support Bordered Button design specs. This version does not yet contain the full color set, only the values necessary to complete the aforementioned spec.
