Update Yum Artifactory baseurl for RedHat

Hi Cédric,

I'm working on adding Molecule to this role to test all platforms, etc. and will include this in my tests. Once I've completed them I'll be happy to accept your PR.

Hi I'm locked, because your role depends on a your java role which is only for Debian ( I'm using Oracle Linux, based on Red Hat). I can remember why i choose your Ansible role for artifactory. I took a look again at Ansible Galaxy and it's well reported as Debian/Ubuntu. Probably a confusion from me. I think i'll try a Artifactory role from another one. Anyway, you can still update the baseurl in your furture release. Thanks anyway. Have fun ! Cedric
