Counttext Not working in indesign 2021 #5

Hi, does anyone know how to make count text script work in indesign 2021? =/

Neither in older versions, seems like old code. Ill check if i can find a solution myself

It does actually work. Yet it only works on object level. For instance select a textframe. Its a bit weird because it does use an option like "use selection", which we can do when we select an textFrame
