footnotes don't work #13

When using textile to format a footnote like

This is covered elsewhere[1].

fn1. Down here, in fact.

When clicking on the '1' of the footnote like the browser goes to

http://127.0.0.1:5984/wiki/_design/tapir/wiki.html#fn1

but that opens a wiki page with 'fn1' as title because the wiki pages use the #
for page urls which conflicts with the standard use of # for html anchors on a
page.

Hi thanks for feedback,
Yep this is the case unfortunately. I've asked Joshua to consider changing the
"#" into a "?" to avoid conflicts such as these. He is considering that. I am
afraid that solving the issue without such change does not seem possible.

This is fixed now with the latest revision. It was not necessary to change the
# mechanism by the way.
