Ooooops!, request failed with status: 0 #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install CouchDb on Mac OS 10.7
2. Follow direction to install tapirwiki
3. Go to http://127.0.0.1:5984/wiki/_design/tapir/wiki.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I do not see the wiki starting, instead I get the following message

With the additional pop-pus "Ooooops!, request failed with status: 0 "

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- TapirWiki v0.5
- Mac OS 10.7.1
- Apache CouchDB 1.1.0
