window position upon startup needs to take multi-monitor into consideration #43

The load screen position code needs to go through the move window code to 
make sure that the location which was valid when the application is closed is 
still valid
i.e. If i close the program and unplug a monitor. Restart the program...
It's now off the edge of the screen and difficult to retrieve.
