Current Part D data is on the basis of avg cost per unit. Can we do better? What is a unit for a given drug?
For example, how can we tell the difference between the cost of azithromycin 250 and 500? Currently, we are limited to comparing between drugs or between generics and brand names (which is still very useful)!
