While we're at it, why not support SimAVR as well?

This is pretty solid! But the thing is … I think I can't really handle keeping it up to date and stuff. You know? Slapping my name on something I don't know how to use seems kind of weird.

I think we should do #8 and then throw all the formulae we need in there. That way we can have another pair of eyes reviewing changes like these … and I'm sure there'll be someone else using SimAVR.
