Added Portuguese dictionary #23

Thanks for the dictionary contribution! Quick question - are these words translated from the official game, one of the dictionaries from this project, or something else? I plan to standardize the dictionary importing to make it easier to add new ones so that will help me maintain the catalog.

Hi @joshporter1, these words were not translated. The words belong to the official Portuguese (pt_PT) version of the game released by Devir, and I entered all the words manually using my copy of the game.

@joshporter1 if you are going to standardize the dictionary importing, one thing you could do is support multiple locales. I can give you the Portuguese example. The words I used are from the Portuguese (from Portugal, pt_PT) version, but my Brazilian friends probably have their own version of the game. They speak Portuguese too, but their words should be in a different dictionary pt_BR.
