Ensure unique gameboards for default dictionaries. #61

When default dictionary is chosen, it's stored in the word bank so that new games will draw only from words not yet used.

When the end of a wordbank is reached, it's reset to the original default dictionary or custom word bank.

Mixed dictionary behavior is unaffected.

Hey @theChad - did you submit this on the Google form recently? I think it's a great idea and I'll review and merge it. Let me know if you need any help or have questions!

@theChad the changes look good to me and I will merge them in. However, I figured I'd let you know that I'll have to take down the live version of the site per the request of the creators of Codenames (Czech Games Edition).

Ah bad timing, thanks for letting me know. Looks like they've finally got an official version online.
