Check normalization before log transformation #6

Check if median normalization can also be performed before log transformation. Compare both. If equal then do log transformation only after normalization.

It doesn't matter if log2 transformation is transformed before or after normalisation. The result is the same. The script was changed so that log2 transformation is only performed after normalisation.
