All versions, but 1.4.0.8 are missing from the repository #469

Hi, http://xbib.org/repository/org/xbib/elasticsearch/plugin/elasticsearch-river-jdbc/1.4.0.9/elasticsearch-river-jdbc-1.4.0.9-plugin.zip currently returns a 404.

And on a side note, would you consider changing the filename so that it becomes elasticsearch-river-jdbc-.zip? In other words skipping the -plugin suffix? This makes it more in line with other Elasticsearch plugins and the conventions used in maven repositories. Adding false to the configuration section of the assembly plugin in the pom should do the trick. At least this makes sense to me, since the zip assembly is the main artifact of a plugin project.

I wiped the plugin repo by accident, sorry for that.

The version 1.4.0.9 is restored and a new version 1.4.0.10 is released. The assembly ID is removed.

@frederic-jomedia Did it work? Just asking since we used the same version and repo does not have it.
