Supporto for ES >= 1.3 #52

Hi,

could it be possible to have a commit for install plugin in ES 1.3 ?

i try to rebuild it with new ES sources but pom.xml give me alot of dipendences errors and it cant found some dependeces.

A release for ES 1.3 is in the work, in my spare time. I am adding a Knapsack Java API, too. Please be patient for a few days...

This module works for me with 1.3.2 for import/export: https://github.com/mallocator/Elasticsearch-Exporter

Knapsack 1.3.2.0 was just released.
