Capture portfolio/property expenses

An expense will need to capture;

• The supplier
• Invoice date
• Due date
• Reference
• Weather this cost applies to a specific property, or to the portfolio overall
• Allow user to upload an attachment (probably a copy of the invoice)
• Allow user to itemise the cost (invoice multi-line type UI with running total and sum total)

This is basically an invoice generator. Lay out the form to look like an invoice, and the user will build it up line by line. Keep a cost per line, and a total running cost. Possibly determine VAT at 20% or let the user stipulate the VAT (override the default value)
